At the origin of a good ice cream there is always an excellent base.The range of DPO Bases (DoppiaPanna Olandese), after the great success with customers, has been enhanced with new versions to meet the new requirements of the ice cream makers: traditional bases with 0% trans fats, bases with only animal ingredients, bases with no hydrogenated fats have been joined to a new series of bases aromatically neutral. Aromitalia offers Premium Bases dedicated for Milk Gelato, Fruit and sorbetto.
